Hey guys. I had a bit of writer's block so I tried my hoof at a dark fic. It's a complete one shot right now but that may change depending how it is received.
That Which We Become.

Hey everypony! Sorry for being inactive, I've been attempting to finish art commissions that I've loaded myself onto. Anyway, despite being busy, do you guys think I should finish writing this story? It was inspired by a little scene JackRipper wrote for me.

Please tell me weathered or not I should finish chapter one and summit it.
Well, damn. February came and went faster than anticipated. Sorry for the delay, but with any luck, I should have a new work up in a few hours. The new story is called "Spike Reads Red Mask", a project I've had kicking around in my idea folder for a while now. The whole project is an opportunity for me to try my hand at some darker, more violent subjects.
Hello, this is Zephyr Spark. I decided to go ahead with a story I've had plans to write for a year now, but I'm having second thoughts about the title "Arrow Dragon." I don't think this title does this story concept justice.
The basic premise:
Rainbow Dash discovers Spike has the makings of a great archer to represent Ponyville in the next Equestrian Games and decides to train him, but conflicts between dragons and ponies could make his dream impossible.
It's been released, and it got me thinking. I know that I primarily do crossovers, but a Wild West story has been something of mine I've always wanted to develop. I've thought up of characters, a general plot, and a few things related to the story, but here's the kicker.
It'll probably be anthro. I'm not the best at writing that, but I can try.
So, I've been thinking about one of my deleted stories, called Overgrown. Long story, but I'm revamping it into a much better concept. I call it...
Alright, I suppose I should first say something about my other two stories before this. I'm out of ideas for them. I had them and 'poof' gone! That mixed with not really wanting to write has lead to those stories never getting updated. My hopes are that doing some one-shots might get me interested in writing again however.
As for the idea, some of you know of, will be another HIE comedy. It will follow two humans who are hiding in ponyville wearing horse masks. You know, these.
Pony-Me
The basic idea of this story would be similar to Shattered Rainbow, but instead follows Twilight upon finding out that her life was a simulation, building off of the recent "What If?" chapter.
She continuously calls herself Twilight Sparkle, as per her simulated persona, even though she realizes quickly that she was never a pony to begin with.
So yes, I have plans of potentially writing some more stories(, which are better thought/planned than my Worms-story/"brainfart").
Only prob is the difficulty of choosing one. Currently I have three bigger stories wrestling for dominance (, to summarize without spoiling too much; two are displaced-esque with no cross-overs, and the third is past threat coming back upon ponies as a whole) and one more of a comedic one-shot on the side.
Okay, I know I'm writing a ton of different stories right now, but there's this one specific one that I've been thinking about for a while and I'm wondering if I should start writing it right now. Here's what it's about:
[Drama]
If anyone here is familiar with the Omegaverse, which is pretty common on AO3 but singularly less common on this site, I've noticed, I have a proposition for you all.
First things first: The Patreon Rewards have changed to resemble the previous proposal, which involved moving the pre-reading reward down a tier to make room for scene-by-scene updates, so that's now a thing, and the first scene of chapter 16 is up!
My good friend Prince Conjure came to me recently with a brilliant idea. It was for a story called "Fluttershy Challenged Me To A Rap Battle". It is exactly as insane as you think it is. It is absolutely glorious.
Life is not a road. It is not a linear path to travel down, despite an uncountable myriad possibilities lay nestled between each edge of the path. We do not walk the road, we have been to every part of it, and yet experiencing it for the first time. We craft our own understating of reality through the lens of our ones perspective, a perspective molded by ourselves, and tinted by communion, relations, experiencing, the collective minds blotting out enough of the world that the negative space
Ah, December. My other favorite month, and a host to a variety of special occasions and holidays. Lots of planning, excitement, anticipation, and a little bit of stress on the side. Well, these days, seems like the little bit of stress is a little more than it has been. Thanks, beer-bug </s>.
As you know I wanted to posted a few stories this last two months, but things kept getting in the way. For my comedy 'Chronicles Of Nuttia: The Lion, The Mare and The Dragon.' I have decided to move this to April because is turning out to be pretty funny and would be perfect for April. Meanwhile, my Twister Gone Wrong will again be kept on hold.
So Today is my Birthday! While I'm hoping to enjoy my day and hopefully fun some wonderful and interesting things to do, I know of something that I can share with the rest of you: A new story!
First off, for the ones that click in to see the art I commission, head to the bottom of this blog to see it, as for everyone else keep reading.
no, this one isn't specifically designed to make you lose brain cells, but it's still possible that you may. idk. i should go to bed soon.
